PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) - Pawtucket Police are investigating a city employee, accused of embezzling union funds.
Police Chief Arthur Martins tells the Pawtucket Times that police are actively looking into a complaint that was made by AFSCME Rhode Island Council 94 . The name of the suspect has not been released.
Excecutive Director Kenneth DeLorenzo says: "We are working with Pawtucket Police regarding the finances of the city employees of Pawtucket Local 1012."
