NORTH PROVIDENCE (WPRI) - A nurse at Fatima Hospital in North Providence has been indicted in connection with the death of a patient.

Helen Thompson is facing neglect charges in the death of 64-year-old Jean Bousquet.

Bousquet's family tells Eyewitness News that she was at Fatima seeking treatment for depression when she died from low blood sugar.

Bousquet was a diabetic.
