JOHNSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - The Eyewitness News Green Team has discovered a Johnston dry cleaning company which hopes their environmentally friendly way of doing work will become the trend of the future.

Stephanie and Jack Isenberg own Green and Cleaner.

"We do not use toxic chemicals in any of our cleaning," Stephanie Isenberg explains.

The Isenbergs say unlike traditional dry cleaning, their entire operation is water-based, so there is no chemical runoff into the environment.

The Isenbergs also claim their method has a benefit to their customer's health.

Because Green and Cleaner uses water, customers are not exposed to chemicals that have sometimes been liked to cancer and other diseases.
