SCITUATE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Four different police departments have filed charges against one teen that led officers on a chase through several towns last week.

Andrew Clay, 18, is facing charges from Foster, Scituate, Johnston, and the Rhode Island State Police. He was the passenger in a car driven by Nicholas Winfield, 21, the son of a Scituate town councilor.

The charges against Clay include breaking and entering in both Johnston and Foster.

He's currently being held without bail.
