Man killed in Scituate crash
Driver slammed in to rock wall

SCITUATE, RI (WPRI) - A man is killed after slamming the car he is driving in to a stone wall.
Police in Scituate were called to Betty Pond Road at Route 166 around 1a.m. for reports of a car crash.
When they arrived, they found the vehicle severely damaged.
The road was shut down for several hours.
Investigators say the driver was traveling North on 116 when he somehow lost control and hit a stone wall.
The victim’s identity is not being released at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
