Pair charged in church railing theft

WOONSOCKET, R,I, (WPRI) – Police have made an arrest in connection with a sacred scrap metal theft.

Timothy Ring and Robert Ceraolo are charged with stealing brass railings from Saint Charles Church.

On Saturday morning, Father Gerald Finnegan said he realized a thief had targeted the North Main Street catholic church, which has been in operation since the mid 1800’s.
