WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - Some passengers trying to fly in and out of T.F. Green Airport on Monday were faced with canceled flights as airlines continue to try and get back on schedule.
The Blizzard of 2009 which hit New England over the weekend grounded the majority of flights to and from the airport due to heavy snowfall.
But, by Monday most of the flights were on-time and on-schedule. Stranded travelers are forced to reschedule flights or to find other ways to make it to their destinations.

Airline officials continue to urge customers to call ahead or look online before heading to the airport to check flight status.
