The latest break-in happened Monday on Walnut Hill Road, now police are asking the public's help to catch the crooks before they hit again.

Police are searching for suspects targeting the Northeast part of the City, getting away with cash and valuables.

Neighbors in the area blame loose windows and air conditioning vents for making their apartments vulnerable.

Most of the crimes occurred during the day, with thieves striking when no one's home.

Police have stepped up daytime patrols with undercover officers working the Diamond Hill Road area.

Authorities believe the crooks know the neighborhood and residents well.

If you have any information about these break-ins, you're urged to call Woonsocket Police. The anonymous tip line can be reached at 769-4444.
