TAUNTON, Mass. (WPRI) - A Little Compton man accused in a deadly drunk driving crash is being held on $15,000 bail. Roger West, 25, was arraigned in Taunton District Court Monday morning on charges of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence of alcohol, and operating to endanger.

According to Massachusetts State Police, West was driving drunk down Route 195 East in Seekonk early Saturday morning when he slammed into a car driven by 27-year-old Carrie Geraci of West Warwick.

Troopers said Geraci's car was in the left lane, and for some reason was not moving at the time of the crash.

Geraci was killed in the accident. West's two passengers suffered minor injuries.
