WPRI.com - A Rhode Island woman who died on Monday, believed to have the H1N1 virus, did die from the virus, according to the Department of Health.

Annemarie Beardsworth, from the Deparment of Health or DOH s ays the victim is Leslee Silvia, 49, of Riverside. Health officials say the victim had underlying medical conditions.

Silva's death comes days after the death of two 12 year-old girls, Victoria Sousa of Bristol, and Sklya Reposa-Alves of Lincoln.
