Fun center owner charged with sex crime

NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) - The owner of the Family Fun Center in North Smithfield is scheduled to be in court Thursday afternoon on sexual assault charges.

According to a news release sent by North Smithfield Police Department, Tommaso Marsella, 40, is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault and six counts of second-degree sexual assault.

Marsella is the owner of Family Fun Center located on Eddie Dowling Highway.

According to it's website, the center houses an arcade, lazer wars, paintball and a restaurant.

There is no word on whether the charges are connected in anyway to the business.
