PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Another proposal of the governor's budget plan impacts victims' families in the Station Nightclub fire.

Governor Carcieri wants to delay paying the state's 10 million dollar legal settlement until the next budget year, which begins in July.

Victims and the families of those killed in the 2003 fire sued the state because the fire marshal did not notice the flammable foam inside the club.
