NEW BEDFORD, Mass., (WPRI) - A new chapter of the Guardian Angels has begun patrolling the streets in New Bedford.
The founder of the anti-crime citizens group, Curtis Sliwa, met with local leaders earlier in July to discuss organizing in the Whaling City after seeing an increase in violence.
