CRANSTON, R.I. (AP) - A Providence costume shop owner is charged with using a computer to harass another business owner.

Police have charged 59-year-old Ann Bruno of West Warwick with misdemeanor cyberstalking and have issued a summons for her to appear in court April 14. She was allegedly caught in the act Monday using a computer at a public library.

Authorities allege Bruno, owner of Bruna Puppets and Costumes, subjected Tracy Sisson to harassing phone calls, and filled out applications in her name.

Sisson and her husband own Absolute Fun Party Rentals in Cranston.

Authorities say their dispute dates to 2001 when Sisson was unsatisfied with a costume Bruno made for her business.

Sisson says she’s still nervous.

Bruno refused to answer questions about the charges.
