A RI Air National Guard recruiter charged with selling drugs was arraigned in court today.
Richard Flamand faced District Court Judge Frank Cenerini today. Judge Cenerini stated that proof is evident regarding possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of cocaine and ordered Flamand Held Without Bail at the ACI.
The bail hearing began on Monday, June 28th and concluded this morning
Flamand is accused of selling the drugs from his office, and from his home.
He was arrested in the beginning of June when State police raided his office. The State Police found cocaine, marijuana, cash and several types of prescriptions medications.
Flamand's next court date is not yet known.
