CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Local roads throughout Rhode Island were mostly quiet Sunday morning, with many drivers deciding to stay inside to avoid the snow.

In Cranston just a couple of drivers could be seen braving the roads, and even larger vehicles on Park Avenue were having trouble making their way through the snow.

Crews will be out throughout the day Sunday to continue treating the roadways.
