BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) -- Three men have been arrested in connection to the murder of a missing Barrington man.

Joshua Oberg, 29, was reported missing back in January. According to local media reports , his body was discovered last week in a shallow grave in Upshur County, West Virginia.

West Virginia State police and the FBI later arrested Jesse Lee Heater, Rodolpho Correa Villagomez, and Robert Sorin III. Each is charged with first degree murder. Authorities say Villagomez paid Heater to kill the Rhode Island native.

The three suspects are currently being held without bail. They are due in court Monday for a preliminary hearing.
