PORTSMOUTH, RI (WPRI) - A special needs man in Portsmouth is found safe after missing for more than three hours in the cold.
21 year old Ryan Stevens went missing from Corys Lane around 7pm. Officials found him on Westwood Drive around 10:30pm. They said he was slightly hypothermic, but otherwise in good condition.
40-50 rescue members from several neighboring communities including Tiverton, Warren, Bristol and Middletown assisted in the 3 mile radius search.
