Cranston fraud suspect apprehended

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) -- Police have arrested a local man and charged him with larceny and identity fraud.

Marc Mastrobuono, 34, of Cranston, is accused of stealing a wallet from a victim at Sharx Bar & Grill , then using one of the victim's credit cards to make a purchase at Walgreen's in Johnston and removing cash from the victim's account at Pawtucket Credit Union.

Police say further charges are also pending against Mastrobuono in other jurisdictions.
