COVENTRY, R.I. (WPRI) - Dozens of unemployed Rhode Islanders may get the biggest gift of all this holiday season - a job.

Fat Belly's pub is in the process of opening a new location on Tiogue Rd. in Coventry.

Owner Scott Parker told Eyewitness News Fat Belly's will be holding open interviews for three days next week - Wednesday, Dec 7 to Friday, Dec. 9.

Parker said the company is hiring for all positions and is looking for more than 60 employees.

This is the sixth Fat Belly's location to open in Rhode Island, with the most recent location near the Warwick Mall in Warwick.
