Reale allegedly ran a red light in Charlestown and struck a motorcyclist on May 16. The motorcyclist, Colin Foote, 27, died from his injuries.

Reale had been cited for several previous traffic violations, and the latest accident has prompted lawmakers to file a bill to keep repeat offenders from keeping their licenses.
