Man shot in the hand in Central Falls

Police are still investigating the case

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WPRI) - Central Falls Police are investigating a shooting.

Maj. James Mendonca tells Eyewitness News that one man was shot in the right hand Monday night while walking with two others on Washington St.

It happened around 9:50 p.m.

The victim was treated and released from Miriam Hospital.

The case is still under investigation.
