LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) - Rhode Island's Lottery Director has given his approval for Twin River to stay open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In a letter published by the Providence Journal, Lottery Director Gerald Aubin authorizes the Lincoln gaming hall to allow all video slot machines to operate around the clock.
Currently, Twin River is only allowed to stay open 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
According to the report, Twin River plans to implement the extended hours in the next 10-14 days.
