LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) - The town of Lincoln has been ordered to repay 86 million dollars to the Twin River slot parlor.

The Providence Journal reports the town over-assessed the slot parlor by 45 million dollars in 2007 and 41 million dollars in 2009.

A Superior Court judge has decided the town must rebate what Twin River overpaid for those two years.
