BOSTON (AP) - After talking past each other, the Democrats vying to succeed Sen. Edward Kennedy are sitting down face-to-face.
In a pair of meetings Monday, Martha Coakley, Michael Capuano, Stephen Pagliuca and Alan Khazei will discuss their political differences.
The first was a morning forum sponsored by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. It will focus on economic development and competitiveness issues.

The latter is an evening debate sponsored by the Edward M.Kennedy Institute for the Senate. The subject hasn't been limited, and it will be moderated by former WBZ political analyst Peter Meade.
The candidates have participated before in group forums, but always speaking one-after-the-other.
Kennedy died Aug. 25 of brain cancer.
