LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) - The Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) will offer a renewable energy course this fall.
The class will be taught by faculty from the physics, oceanography and bioengineering departments.
It will explore the relationships among sustainable energy sources and compare them with fossil fuels.
A $745,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Energy is helping to pay for the course.
