CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Flooding from the Pawtuxet River has left several West Bay neighborhoods in ruins.
On Tuesday, officials from FEMA toured some of the flood stricken areas affected most by the storm.
In this web extra, only Eyewitness News was with the civil air patrol as they flew over the areas most affected by the floods, in order to view the extent of the damage.
