PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI)- A Providence man accused of causing the death of another man during a drunken dispute is going to trial.
Juan Hernandez is charged with the 2011 death of Santiago Hernandez. The two men are not related.
According to The Providence Journa l, Juan Hernandez rejected a plea deal yesterday.
The deal would have sentenced him to jail for two years for involuntary manslaughter.
His trial is scheduled for April.
