NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WPRI)- A frightening home invasion in Narragansett lands two University of Rhode Island students behind bars.

According to police, fraternity brothers Alexander Mansi and Blake Hinds broke into a Sakonnet Boulevard home Wednesday morning.

The two were armed with brass knuckles and a crow bar.

Police tell Eyewitness News the targeted victims fought back and restrained the suspects until police arrived.

Neighbors described the aftermath as chaotic.

"A kid came out, he was bare but he had his head bandaged and they took him into an ambulance," one neighbor said.

Hinds and Mansi are both being held at the Adult Correctional Institutions until their next court date on Nov. 14.
