NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) - After a lengthy investigation by detectives, a Pawtucket man and Lincoln man were arrested, responsible for 12 reported cases of breaking and entering.
North Smithfield Police arrested Max Charlemagne, 26, and Christopher Noel, 31.
Noel was charged with 3 counts of breaking and entering and further charges are pending.
Noel was arraigned and his being held at the ACI until his next court date.
Charlemagne was charged with 9 counts of breaking and entering and 3 counts of attempted breaking and entering, and is also being held at the ACI.
Charlemagne is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Tuesday, September 11.
The reported breaking and entering cases occurred in North Smithfield between July 9 and September 1.
