PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – Rhode Island State Police arrest two men on vandalism charges.
Christopher M. Randall, 23, and David M. DiCicco, 23, both of Lincoln were arrested by troopers after checking a motor vehicle parked in the breakdown lane on Route 146 North in Providence.
A subsequent investigation revealed the suspects had spray painted/tagged the Hawkins Street overpass.
Both men were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released.
