PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A federal grand jury has indicted a third person in the Navy kickback scheme.

Mary O'Rourke is charged with conspiracy, theft of government property and multiple counts of wire fraud.

She is a longtime associate of civilian Naval employee Ralph Mariano.

He is accused of taking nearly $10 million in exchange for assisting with Naval contracts held by the now defunct Middletown firm, "Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow."

His father, Ralph Mariano Jr., is charged with tax evasion.
