PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A Cranston man is accused of vandalizing a menorah outside Providence City Hall.
According to The Providence Journal, Peter Zendran, 34, was caught knocking down the display early Sunday morning.
The paper reports Zendran pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday, and was ordered held without bail.
He is due back in court later this month.
