NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – Police are hoping the public will help identify the man who robbed the Bank of America branch on Mineral Spring Avenue on Wednesday.

North Providence police say the man approached the teller, advising them he had a handgun.

The suspect informed her he would kill her and her family if she alerted anyone or have him dye packs.

The man also requested money from the top drawer.

The suspect appears to be in his thirties, about 5’9 to 5’11 and was wearing a blue knit hat, brown hooded sweatshirt and black track pants with two white stripes.

He has a beard and pale complexion.

The suspect appears to be the same suspect from robberies in Seekonk, Warwick and Cranston.

Anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts is asked to contact North Providence Police at 231-4533 x111.
