PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A woman was arrested early Friday morning by Rhode Island State Police after she nearly collided with their cruiser on Union Avenue in Providence.

Troopers were on a motor vehicle stop, when the car, driven by Chanuom Pan, 34, of Providence, nearly collided with their cruiser.

Pan was also driving on two flat tires.
