BOSTON, Mass. (WPRI) – A federal judge ruled on Thursday that a lawsuit from the family of one of James “Whitey” Bulger’s alleged victims can move forward.
The family of one of James “Whitey” Bulger’s victims can continue with a lawsuit against FBI Agents who monitored the mobster when he was an informant.
The lawsuit by Michael Donahue’s family can go on, despite an appeals court ruling that the limitations had expired.
According to the Boston Globe, the ruling says the case was filed within the time frame required.
