Killer seeks Supreme Court review
Neil Entwistle murdered his wife and daughter

BOSTON (AP) - A British man convicted of killing his wife and baby daughter in their rented Massachusetts home is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review the conviction.
Lawyers for Neil Entwistle filed the request last year, and the court is scheduled to decide next Friday whether it will consider the case.
Entwistle's appeal to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court was denied in August.
Entwistle was convicted of the 2006 shootings of his wife, Rachel, and their daughter, 9-month-old Lillian, in the Hopkinton home they were living in. He is serving life in prison without the possibility of parole for their murders.
Prosecutors say he was upset about growing financial problems.
Authorities say Entwistle took a one-way flight to the U.K. after the killings and moved back with his parents.
