Bail hearing set for Jonathan Maggs

HOPKINTON, R.I. (WPRI) - A Hopkinton man accused of having sex with a minor is set to appear in court Wednesday.
A bail hearing is scheduled for 20-year-old Jonathan Maggs.
He is charged with first-degree child molestation.
Police arrested Maggs after they discovered he had a three-month consensual sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
