FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) -- A grand jury has indicted a Fall River man in a 2011 homicide.
The indictment charges Hiram Gonzalez, 43 with murder, armed robbery, and being an accessory before the fact for the March 2011 death of 24-year-old Brian Januario , Bristol County District Attorney spokesman Gregg Miliote confirmed Friday.
Police said they found Januario's badly-beaten body on Wilson Road , and later determined someone had shot him.
Gonzalez was originally arrested in April 2011 on charges of being an accessory to murder and misleading investigators. He was officially charged with Januario's death in October of this year.
