Central Falls Police Release Photo of Assault Suspect

Central Falls Police have released the identity and a photo of the man they're searching for in connection with a recent shooting/stabbing incedent. Gregory G. Patton, 23, is wanted for three counts of armed felony assault.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A Cumberland man was arraigned Friday for allegedly shooting one man, stabbing another, and pointing a gun at a mother holding a toddler.

The attack happened in Central Falls on January 16th.  23-year-old Gregory Patton was arrested in Pawtucket on Thursday.

Patton appeared in Providence District Court Friday to answer to three counts of felony assault.

Central Falls Police say Patton was ordered held on $40,000 surety bail.

The two victims have been released from the hospital.
