ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) -- An accused drunk driver, indicted in a deadly crash in Attleboro is due in court.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled Wednesday for Jason Kwolek.
The Pawtucket man is charged with vehicular homicide and manslaughter.
According to police, Kwolek was driving drunk in September 2012 when he slammed his jeep head on into another car.
The driver of the car, 24-year-old Kaysha Guerrini, was killed in the crash.
