PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Testimony has resumed in the trial of Charles Pona.

He is accused of orchestrating the shooting of Jennifer Rivera back in 2000.

She was shot to death while playing outsider her house.

During opening statements, prosecutors claimed the young girl was the only witness to the murder of Hector Feliciano.

Pona was previously convicted of Feliciano's murder without Rivera's testimony.
