EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Eyewitness News Analyst Lt. General Reginald Centracchio sits down with Mike Montecalvo for a one-on-one interview.
The general talked about how President Obama is tapping into reserves to support Haiti effort. He said he needs to do this because other soldiers and marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The general is also concerned about violence against the U.S. military. He also talked about properly getting aid to the people who need it.
Centracchio also spoke about Scott Brown. The general says his win will help the military because the healthcare bill might not pass. He also thinks if elections were held today, Patrick Kennedy would lose.
Centracchio also mentioned that soldiers will be placed ion Southern Afghnistan to help with Taliban fighting.
