EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Eyewitness News Analyst Lt. General Reginald Centracchio sat down with Mike Montecalvo for a one-on-one interview.

This week, the general focused on the winter storm for Wednesday, and how the EMA should be in constant contact with local officials. He believes in closing schools, pre-treating roads.

The general said, if communities have no money they need to go into the red to avoid public safety problems.

Also, federal investigation of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs uncovers 200,000 claims that contain errors when workers not paying attention.

The general also talked about the "Big Test" for Afghan troops. NATO is claiming that military will play a bigger role in the offensive in the Town of Marjah.
