(WPRI) - Mike Montecalvo sits down with military analyst Lt. General Reginald Centracchio for a one-on-one interview.
The general talked mostly about the Super Rematch with the Pats and Giants.
Centracchio took a look at security for the Super Bowl and discussed the plan inside the stadium—for example—one thousand local police officers will be inside with smartphones.
He said police will also be looking for people with dirty bombs, pick-pocketers and prostitutes. He says they’ve also worked on a plan to prevent manhole covers from exploding in the streets.
They also touched on the Governors State of the State Tuesday night—he says it was nice he mentioned veterans returning from war should be given work. But, he wants to see a plan to re-train them in the workforce.
