EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Mike Montecalvo sits down with military analyst Lt. General Reginald Centracchio for a one-on-one interview.

The general focused on the Occupy Providence protestors. The deadline has expired for them to leave Burnside Park and Commissioner Pare is now going through the court system.

General Centracchio believes once protestors are told they have to evacuate—it will be peaceful. However, if it gets out of hand, state police could assist Providence police.

The general says the clock is ticking because the Christmas shopping season is almost here and it could turn into a sanitation problem.

He also said cities and towns need to fix pension and health benefits problems along with the state to solve crisis.
