BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WPRI) - Burrillville Police announced the arrest of 33-year-old Nathan Paff of Easton, Massachusetts on Tuesday.
Paff went to the Burrillville station Tuesday to retrieve a motor vehicle he had reported stolen on January 11, 2012 and was questioned by Sgt. Guy Riendaeu after he smelt the strong scent of marijuana on Paff.
After searching his vehicle, Sgt. Riendeau found 2 and a half pounds of marijuana and over 130 tablets of medication drugs.
The search also produced a scale, a large box of plastic bags and over $700 cash.
Paff was transported to the sixth District Court in Providence for a hearing and was held without bail on charges of manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of a schedule I-IV drug.
