PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Eyewitness News has learned that two people are in custody after an incident in the capital city.

Cops swarmed the area of Orms Street in Providence on Friday night. Officials say a man carrying a gun walked into a store attempting to commit a robbery.

There are also reports the suspect or suspects lead police on a brief chase.
