PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Providence Water customers are flooding the phone lines over a letter they recently received.
Many people want to know whether they're victims of a scam or simply getting a legit offer for insurance. With so many of us on the look out for scam letters, often times we throw things out that may actually be important.
And if you're a Providence Water customer, you may have ditched
something that you shouldn't have.
