(UNDATED) - A warning from the federal government to those of you considering the president's cash for clunkers program plus applying for college aid may soon get a little easier.
You have a clunker? Then you may be able to turn it in for cash! It's a new federal program designed to get those old cars off the road that are dirtying up our air!
But once again, scammers have found a way to make money off of something that's supposed to be good.
